Your Patient Coordinator will work with you to provide a detailed cost for your treatment and discuss your payment options. A non-refundable $500 surgery deposit is paid upon scheduling your surgery. The deposit is deducted from your surgery total with the remaining paid in-full prior to surgery. There are many options to use for payment. We will accept all major credit cards, as well as checks and cash.
